Approach
We architected and automated the deployment of a fully air-gapped, on-premises computing cluster, integrating secure identity management, workload orchestration, and hardware selection tailored to mission-critical requirements. The environment was anchored in zero-trust principles, incorporating hierarchical PKI, key management ceremonies, hardware-bound authorization for both systems and personnel, and verifiable SBOMs to ensure compliance and integrity. Leveraging modern infrastructure as code tools and custom automation, we delivered a framework for repeatable day-0 deployments, disaster-recovery validation, and seamless scaling to new hardware. The result is a secure, compliant, and resilient foundation that empowers operators with confidence while supporting the client’s most sensitive workloads at scale.
